You and your neighbour each get 10% off visits for every neighbour who joins, up to 30%. The discount applies to visits only.

How it works

1. 1Before you leave: we visit, install the sensors, go through a departure checklist with you, find your water shutoff, and note what your insurer requires.
2. 2While you're away: the sensors report temperature, humidity and water around the clock over a cellular connection, even if your internet is off.
3. 3If something changes: a reading moves or the house goes quiet, and we go and check in person. You and your family hear from us right away.
4. 4Every week: you and your family get a short report on your home's temperature, humidity and any visits we made.
5. 5When you're back: we collect the equipment. There's nothing for you to store or return.

Terms

• 4-month minimum, on every package
• All equipment belongs to Still at Home. It is collected at the end of the season.
• Extra sensors: $50 each per season
• Alert visits beyond the first each month: $79 each

Neighbourhood referral program

• 10% off the visit add-on for both you and your new neighbour, for each neighbour who joins, up to 30% (three neighbours).
• Visits only. The discount never applies to the $69 base, the $199 setup and pickup, extra sensors or alert visits.
• A neighbour is a home within about 1 km, or in the same condo building.
• A Home Sensing customer counts as a neighbour toward a visit customer's discount.
• The discount runs while both homes are signed up that season. If a neighbour cancels, the discount ends on both accounts from that month.
• Condo special rates and the referral discount do not stack. You get whichever is larger.

• Repairs, which are quoted first
• Snow removal
• Emergency services
• Approval from your insurance company. Customers must confirm their insurer's requirements themselves.

• Kitchen: counters, sink, outside of the appliances
• Bathrooms: tub and shower, toilet, sink, mirrors
• Bedrooms and living areas: dusting and tidying
• Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout

Does not include

• Extras such as inside the oven or fridge are priced separately
