• Live chat: any information you share during a conversation with our AI assistant or team members.

• Usage data: pages visited, time spent on each page, sections engaged with, and referring website.
• Device information: browser type, operating system, and device type.
• Approximate location: city and region derived from your IP address (we do not store your IP address).

• Anthropic (Claude) — powers our AI chat assistant (your chat messages are processed but not stored by Anthropic for training).
• Pusher — enables real-time chat functionality.
• Resend — delivers email notifications to our team.
• Vercel — hosts our website.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Still at Home, our clients, or the public.

5. Cookies and Tracking

When you first visit our site, you are presented with a consent banner. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies at any time.
